Renting a charter bus for a corporate event, wedding, school trip, or group outing in South Florida comes down to a few key questions — vehicle size, pricing structure, and how far ahead to book. Here's what to know before you call.

Choosing the Right Vehicle Size

Group size determines the vehicle: Executive Sprinters comfortably seat up to 14, Mini Coaches accommodate up to 38, and full-size Motor Coaches carry up to 61 passengers. For groups under 14, a Sprinter is often more practical and less expensive than a Mini Coach that's mostly empty.

Owned Fleet vs. Subcontracted

Ask directly whether the company you're calling owns and operates its vehicles or subcontracts to third parties. Subcontracted trips can mean a different company, driver, and vehicle than the one you booked. Aventura Limo's entire fleet — Sedans through Motor Coaches — is owned and operated, not subcontracted.

What Should Be Included in Your Quote

A complete quote should account for the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel, and tolls, with no surprise line items on the final invoice. Ask specifically whether gratuity is included or added separately, and get the full breakdown in writing before booking.

How Far Ahead to Book

Smaller trips can often be booked with a few weeks' notice. Larger groups, peak season (Art Basel, the Miami Grand Prix, New Year's Eve, major conventions), and multi-day charters are best booked 6–8 weeks or more in advance to lock in the vehicle and rate you want.
