For weddings and large events, a minimum of 4 weeks notice is recommended in non-peak season, and 8 weeks during peak season or major events like Art Basel, the Super Bowl, or the Miami Grand Prix.

Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?

There is no cancellation fee outside of 2 hours for LUX Sedan and SUV rides. Executive Sprinters and specialty vehicles require 24 hours notice. For groups and special events, cancellations within 30 days incur a 50% charter fee, and cancellations within 14 days incur a 100% charter fee.

All reservations are secured with a credit card at time of booking. The card is authorized at booking and charged after the ride is completed. No rate or reservation is guaranteed without a valid credit card authorization.
