Aventura Limo FAQ

Aventura Limo is a Miami-based limo service founded in 1992, providing luxury chauffeured transportation across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and all of South Florida. Below are answers to the most common questions about our vehicles, pricing and policies, call 305.306.5466 anytime if you don't see what you're looking for.

How do I choose the right vehicle?

Choice depends on group size and purpose. LUX Sedan: 2 guests, 2 large + 2 carry-on bags (golf bags require the SUV). LUX SUV: 5 guests (6 for short rides), 5 large bags. Mercedes Sprinter: available in Shuttle (14), Executive (12), Limo (10), and Jet (8) configurations — see our Sprinter page for full details on each style. Rolls Royce Ghost: our specialty option for weddings and celebrations. Mini Coach: up to 38 guests. Motor Coach: up to 61 guests. Only small personal items (totes, backpacks, purses) are permitted in Sedan/SUV cabins. See our full fleet for photos of each vehicle.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?

We offer 24/7 live reservations and can often accommodate ASAP requests with about 60 minutes' notice. For weddings and large events, we recommend 4 weeks' notice in non-peak season and 8 weeks in peak season. During major events (Art Basel, Super Bowl, Grand Prix, New Year's Eve, etc.), an 8–10 hour minimum applies along with rate increases. Availability isn't guaranteed until reserved, so book early.

Why are some rates not available online?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and some services are best discussed directly so we can confirm your exact transportation needs. As a full-service company offering customized, private chauffeur service across a variety of vehicles, personal contact ensures every requirement is met. Call us at 305.306.5466 for details.

What is included in "All Inclusive Pricing"?

All-inclusive pricing means no mystery fees on your invoice. Quoted rates include 15 minutes of boarding time, plus 45 minutes (domestic) or 60 minutes (Customs) of airport waiting time. Tolls, parking, and a fuel surcharge (5% for Sedans/SUVs, 8% for other vehicles) are added at cost. Additional stops range $20–$50 depending on vehicle. Hourly charters carry vehicle-specific minimums. Call 305.306.5466 for details.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at MIA, FLL or PBI?

There are three ways to meet: curbside (our standard), baggage carousel, or Customs. For curbside, your chauffeur texts you upon landing — carry-on only, meet at any Departures-level door; with checked bags, meet at an Arrivals-level door. Departures-level pickup is fastest. For baggage or Customs meets, your chauffeur holds a name sign. Questions? Dispatch is available 24/7 at 305-306-5466.

What about FBO services?

We service all South Florida FBOs — MIA, OPF, TMB, FLL, FXE, PBI, BCT, MCO & ORL — including tarmac pickup/drop-off, crew relocation, and ASAP rides. Chauffeurs check in with each FBO and meet trackable flights 15 minutes before ETA, with 60 minutes allowed for Customs arrivals. Non-trackable flights convert to hourly charter billing after 60 minutes of waiting. Call Dispatch at 305.306.5466 for airport-specific details.

How about groups, weddings and celebrations?

We are happy to help with those. The first step is to call our Groups and Events coordinators to discuss your event. We have a variety of options to serve every need and most budgets. We will go over your event with you and give you our recommendations. Then we can scale up or down to meet budgets and exceptions.

Waiting time, running late & cancellations, what should I know?

Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes for transfers and 45–60 minutes for airport pickups; beyond that, waiting bills in 30-minute increments. Hourly packages bill overages the same way. Additional stops on transfers are $20 and include 15 minutes of waiting time. Cancellation policies vary by vehicle type and may incur a fee if too close to pickup. Call Dispatch at 305.306.5466 if you're running late or need to cancel.

Can I have alcohol in the vehicles?

We can't provide alcohol without a liquor license, but you're welcome to bring your own. Alcohol may be restricted outside the vehicle depending on your destination, and glass containers aren't allowed on motor coaches. Serving champagne? Let us know in advance so we can prep the bucket and glasses.

What about child seats?

We provide forward-facing, rear-facing, and booster seats for $10 each. We can't guarantee sizing on rear-facing seats for infants. By Florida statute, parents are responsible for installing child seats — whether provided by us or brought by the guest. See the relevant Florida statute here.

What are your motor coach policies?

Motor coach charters include a 15-minute boarding allowance, an 8% fuel surcharge, and pricing based on the provided itinerary — major itinerary changes may incur additional fees. Cancellations within 30 days of travel incur a 50% charter fee, and within 14 days a 100% charter fee. A $1,000 cleaning fee applies if a vehicle isn't returned clean. Service animals are welcome per ADA guidelines; other pets are not permitted, and smoking, alcohol, and prohibited items are not allowed onboard.

What about payment?

A valid credit card is required to confirm any reservation — it's authorized at booking and charged after your ride is completed. The booker is responsible for any damages, cleaning fees, or collection costs tied to the reservation.
