Q:

If I am not ready at the pickup time, will I be charged for waiting time?

A:

Our customers are entitled to a reasonable amount of time beyond the scheduled pickup time. At a residence, hotel, restaurant, arena, theater or other non airport related facility, 15 minutes of wait time are free.  For airport arrivals on domestic flights, 30 minutes of wait time are free and for airport arrivals on international flights, 45 minutes of wait time are free.  After the free wait period, the hourly rate for the vehicle will be charged in 15 minute increments.

 

Q:

How do I find my chauffeur once I arrive at an airport?

A:

A uniformed chauffeur will be in a black suit and tie and will be holding a sign containing your requested information at concourse, baggage or the customs area depending on your respective flight details.  The meet and greet by your chauffeur is a complimentary service we provide and is a great way to be welcomed at an airport or seaport.

How do I arrange transportation?

A:

For your convenience we offer many ways to reserve service.  You can call our reservations team and speak with a live agent.  You can email your request to reservations@aventuralimo.com or you can log into our system and reserve service directly.

Q:

When will you charge my credit card?

A:

Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service.  Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

 

Q:

What happens if I miss my pickup?  What is the policy for a No-Show?

A:

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.  If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call our dispatchers toll-free at 800-213-8338 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge.  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your flight, call 800-213-8338 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.

 

Q:

What is the cancellation policy?

A:

Depending on the type of vehicle and location of the reservation, the cancellation time can vary from 1 to twenty four hours before the scheduled pickup.  If a reservation is not canceled within the respective vehicles’ cancellation window, it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the full rate as the driver and vehicle will likely have already been dispatched to your requested pickup location.

What is the Aventura Worldwide “Service Guarantee”?

After you have received your confirmation number, we guarantee that your vehicle will be waiting for you on the requested date at the reserved location and time. Can you provide a recommendation for transportation service in another city or country?

A:
